MyFitnessPal Create a free account, logon, set your current and target weight, goals, and enter your daily food intake, exercise etc. The site then logs your calorific intake VS expenditure to give you a total. There's a forum where you can post to like-minded masochists. There's a MyFitnessPal app for Android and Apple devices too.
